this is part of a 'relatively easy' piece played recorded by Chet    
Atkins, called "La Madrugada" or "The Early Morning Dawn".  This is the  
first movement, and tell me if you like it enough to post the other  
three movements.  (I don't have any tab software so it'll come slow and  
one at a time unless someone can tell me step-by-step how to get and  
install it) 
 
timing is 4/4 in C major 
hint:  ALL NOTES ARE 1/8 notes - in this section without exception
