All 16th notes, instead of being played like this:

should be played like this in this beat:
     1 e+ a2 e+ a3 e+ a4 e+ a
S   |o-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-o|
    (1tl+tl2tl+tl3tl+tl4tl+tl)
It gives it a nice, relaxed, swinging sound.  Use that for this beat, played by the electric drummer of a band that I promote called 51 Peg.

This sounds so cool.  Here's another 51 Peg beat from a song called Apology:

for this to sound awesome, you've got to use the relaxed sound above.  If you dont use that rule, it sounds like Bent by Matchbox 20, you don't want that to happen because the beat is really awesome.
