This is the piano version posted on Youtube which was simplfied. I am posting it   
because nobody has taken the initiative yet. However, I would welcome those around

(Play Last Part Twice, and End on D(ish)}, the {ending} you can use a little flare on   
D2 and D4 I personally like Adim7 in place of Adim7 And Gm6 stepping down to D2   
or D4, or D if you like it.
